Limited Warranty

What is Covered

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and the workmanship done by Kellogg’s Auto Repair. It covers labor and parts charges by Kellogg’s Auto Repair required to repair the failed part or workmanship.

What is NOT Covered

1. This limited warranty does NOT cover any damage to the customer’s vehicle caused by any other person or business outside of Kellogg’s Auto Repair modifying, attempting to “fix” or in any other way altering the repair work already done by Kellogg’s Auto Repair.

2. Travel costs associated with coming out to inspect the damage claims and verify whether the damage meets the limited warranty coverage as well as any subsequent travel costs required to repair the covered damage to the vehicle.

3. Damage to other parts of the vehicle which were not within the scope (on invoice) of original complaint and services rendered.

How Long Does This Coverage Last

This limited warranty lasts for ninety (90) days from the completion of services as listed in the customer’s invoice.

Who Is Covered

This limited warranty only covers the original customer of the vehicle at the time that it was serviced by Kellogg’s Auto Repair. This limited warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners or purchasers of the vehicle.

How To Obtain Services

To obtain the benefits of this warranty, contact Kellogg’s Auto Repair by phone (207) 855-1768 or by email at contact@kelloggsautorepair.com within ninety (90) days of the original service completed by Kellogg’s Auto Repair on your vehicle.

You must provide:

1. Year, make and model of vehicle

2. Invoice number

3. Date of original service

4. Specific complaint, concern and description of warranty claim

What Kellogg’s Auto Repair Will Do

1. Upon receiving the customer’s contact by phone or email, Kellogg’s Auto Repair will arrange a date and time to send a mechanic out to the customer’s vehicle to assess whether the parts installed by Kellogg’s Auto Repair has failed within the ninety (90) day period due to defects in materials or workmanship.

2. If the Kellogg’s Auto Repair mechanic upon inspecting the vehicle agrees the serviced part has failed within the ninety (90) day period as a result of Kellogg’s Auto Repairs workmanship or due to part defect, then the mechanic will work out a warranty repair estimate with the customer to repair the damaged part/parts.

3. The warranty repair estimate will include the travel costs of mechanic incumbent upon the customer to cover but will not list any parts or repair service charges. Warranty work will be free of service charge to the customer.

What Kellogg’s Auto Repair Will NOT Do Under This Limited Warranty

1. Cover travel costs for mechanic to come out and inspect vehicle or any resulting visits for the actual repair work. All travel costs will be covered by the customer as recorded in their warranty estimate.

No Other Express Warranty Applies

This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. No employee, agent, dealer or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of Kellogg’s Auto Repair.

Limitation on Liability

Kellogg’s Auto Repair shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages outside the vehicle damages covered under this limited warranty. Some countries, districts, or states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of relief, incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, or the limitation of liability to special amounts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
