Next, one of 2 things will happen…
- Kellogg’s Auto Repair will schedule a time for a technician to diagnose the issue.
- Kellogg’s Auto Repair will prepare an estimate for you (generally for routine maintenance issues).
Next, an estimate is created and requires your approval and signature. Once signed, parts will be ordered for your individual care package.
Once parts are in hand, the work begins. A technician will come to your location and perform the agreed upon tasks. If any changes or additional issues arise, the technician will let you know what the options are. The control is in your hands!
When the job is done our technicians will test your vehicle to ensure it is safe and meets our standards. Any additional issues will be addressed and a finalized invoice will be sent for payment.
Payment is completed. You are given the opportunity to give feedback and reviews. Any additional jobs can be scheduled. You are back on the road!
