If they do, we would love to have the opportunity to assist you. Here at KAR, we do our best to schedule you with a fairly quick turn around time (usually 1-2 weeks after diagnosis of issue). If you need things faster, we often can oblige, though it may require a small emergency servicing fee as well as higher parts cost.
