Are you looking for your next new vehicle and need a reliable second opinion? We at Kellogg’s Auto Repair are here to help.
We offer “second opinion services” where we can meet you at a neutral location near the dealership, car lot, or private sales place. We give the vehicle a quick overview and check major components then verbally discuss with you our findings. This approach is best for browsing multiple vehicles on a car lot in a short amount of time and can help you avoid large red flags as you search for a safe and reliable vehicle.
This differs from our detailed vehicle safety check in which one vehicle is thoroughly inspected from top to bottom and a color coded sheet complete with technician notes is left with you for future reference. This service is ideal if you already have the vehicle you want picked out but you want a final check of everything before fully purchasing.

**Each vehicle check will take between 5-15 minutes. Hourly rate includes my wait time for additional vehicles if more than one is being inspected. Minimum $100 fee for Second Opinion Service.
*** Major vehicle systems covered include: brake system, engine fluids, transmission fluid, air intake system, tire health, steering and suspension components, frame and body wellbeing, safety lights, wipers/windshield, exhaust system, and other safety equipment. This service usually takes between 1 1/2-2 hours due to its detailed nature.
